small talk you’ll will definitely need it for where you’re going I am surprised these isn’t a section designated for it on your resume it’s critical in some work environments you’ll need it to excel and show off your true worth they will do it just to do it, no heart behind it like a bad habit picked up and never put down meaningless curiosity about the rain and your weekend most coworkers live for it others loathe being a part of it I prefer the latter myself, I suggest brushing up on it
